Dr. Lowrey is a native of the TampaBay area and continues the family tradition of providing medical care to the local community.  Dr. Lowrey completed his medical training at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida.  He completed his surgical residency at The Cambridge Hospital, an affiliate of HarvardMedicalSchool, in Boston, Massachusetts, where he served as chief resident.  Dr. Lowrey is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and specializes in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle including pediatric conditions, diabetic complications, congenital deformities, rheumatoid arthritis and post traumatic injuries.
